Ordering personalized air fresheners involves several choices, from the initial design to the final scent. To make this process as clear as possible, we have summarized our workflow into 5 simple steps. This way, you know exactly what to expect and when we need specific information from you.

Step 1: Get In Touch
Please contact us by phone, email or by form to discuss your project. Our team is ready to help you with all the details and will provide all the information you need to get started immediately.
Step 2: Design & Approval
Send us your logo, desired shape, and text via e-mail (or use WeTransfer for large files). Please check our artwork guidelines for the best quality. Our designers will create a digital proof and adjust it until you are 100% satisfied with the look.
Step 3: Choose Quantity, Packaging & Scent
Check our price list to determine which quantity fits your budget. Choose your desired finish immediately:
Choose a scent from our extensive list. Still undecided? This is the perfect time to order scent samples. You pay a small fee for these, but the full amount will be credited back to your final order, making them essentially free.
Step 4: Details & Pro-forma Invoice
Once the design and scent are finalized, we will send you a pro-forma invoice. For this, we require your billing and delivery address (and your VAT number for international orders). You can pay securely and quickly via iDeal, Klarna or credit card.
Step 5: Production & Delivery
After receiving your payment, we immediately start the production process. As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped. The total delivery time is 4 to 5 weeks. You will receive the official invoice together with the delivery of your custom air fresheners!
